Tswapong Hills Cultural Landscape
Tswapong Hills Cultural Landscape is part of the Tentative list of Botswana in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.
The flat-topped Tswapong Hills are a sacred landscape for the local Bapedi people. One of the villages holds a shrine known as The Komana. The land has been used since the Early Stone Age thanks to the presence of natural springs.
